Interview in some French zine in 2002

Hello, happy to receive you here. Let's start with a introduction to you band with story, line-up,....
-Creamface was formed in spring '99 when 1st promo-demo came out. Since then there has been released "Maximized Fetish" CDr, "Young & Willing" CDr, split CDr w/ Nekro-Torso, "Throat" CDr ep, split CDr ep w/ Black Syfilis and 2 T-shirts. Coming is split CD with Misogynist Pussyslasher and Creamface video. Nothing else really have happened. On summer 2001 I was session drummer for Irritate european mini-tour and we played one Creamface song in each gig.

 Please explain us the concept of Creamface.
-100% porn grind. Creamface is not "gore grind", it's not "sick grind". Creamface doesn't use porn as shock or attempt to be "sick". It's only perversion at all cost and personal commitment for this subject. If violence or gore would be used someday, it's only because of their erotic nature. 100% porn grind, nothing more, nothing less.

 Why shall people listen to your band?
-Because it is honest and unpretentious, and musically delivers unpolished simple grind, tight yet raw.

 Well, you wanted that all questions don't deal only with music. So you like tea? ...sorry!
-I hardly ever drink tea, but if have to choose either it or coffee, then tea.

 The Porn industry is a violent world where girls get exploited, abused - especially in East Europe. Don't you never have ethical problems with this as you're really porn oriented? Your opinion about sex industry...
-In Finland women are in relatively good position in porn industry. Half of companies are owned by women and also part of the magazines. Women get paid 5-10 times more than men. It's illegal prostitution what can have more violent sides also over here. But that's different from legitimate porn business.

However, of course abusive side exists and small ripping off and hustling has always been part of the business. I don't have ethical problem at all. In every business people are exploited. Some have to waste week(s) of their life in factory to get same money which is earned when get butt-fucked and slapped for few hours for video tape. Which one is exploitation? It's usually people who have moral problems with sexuality, they think anything related to sex and porn is exploitation of women. There is price for everything, and when female accepts cash for sucking some disgusting animal cock, it's something I'd call fair deal. When women are abused on film and are ripped off their money, well, it happens. It can be even part of the whole thing, if "fetish" is degraded women. It's darker and bizarre side of porn what is the most interesting, but most of that stuff is also very fair towards the actors.

You seem to enjoy facial ejaculation a lot. Do you practice it often with your girlfriend? Maybe are some pix in your booklets from Creamface members? Would you like to be a porn actor?
-Facials are good, yet oral cumshot is even better, I'd say the best way to cum. Facials are good because of their graphic value. It looks very nice, girls with messy faces. -I think persons around 14-16 or so are not children anymore. Such fresh flesh is surely food for eyes. Smallest kids are not very exciting. Females on border or becoming young woman is better. I like both young and older ones, there are many different turn-ons. It's not necessity to "stalk" females or girls. I'm not even so interested to fuck all the time, or fuck "anybody", as it's not the most interesting part.
People get kicks from many things, so I understand pedophilia and incest. People are very paranoid about these subjects because of media hype, but you have to understand it has always existed and will keep existing.

Limits? Well, if it doesn't affect my life negatively, then not really.

 Well, we'll maybe go back to music before this zine turn into a porno mag. So, are you happy the way Creamface has evolved, do you like your style as it is or want to change things in it?
-It has always been the same. Only sound has become stronger. I'm very satisfied with everything. In last releases there was more of short "noisecore" blasts, but still mostly it's simple grind. No major changes coming.

 The "leitmotiv" question of this zine -> what do you think about copyright? Are you pro- or anti-?
-There are two different sides. 1st, copying stuff, tape trading etc. that is good. It has always been part of underground things. 2nd side, people making copies of demos for sale, making rip-off bootlegs etc. Those are only parasites who want to make money from underground without any respect for the bands who would deserve respect.

I started in underground in beginning of 90's, with doing zines, comp. tapes, playing in bands etc. back then tape trade was essential part. It was about communication with like-minded people.

Todays underground is mp3/internet scene for big part, and it lacks all the underground spirit if you ask me. Those who make free mp3 of other peoples records available on web sites, their copyright violations are not big deal at all, but their destruction of underground spirit is the crime. Feeding the lazy nerds and making underground for public.

People can feel free to dub Creamface stuff to their comrades, but I recommend to order at least cover artworks from me, as lyrics and artwork are very essential part.

 You guy(s) also involved in other band(s), please tell us some words about them.
-I don't want (my) other bands to ride on success of Creamface (and other way round). I usually like to work anonymously anyway, because I don't need "fame" for myself. My involvement in other bands is not big secret, but I don't go announcing it on interviews.

 Do many people show interest in Creamface? Lots of deal proposals? Which releases are planned? What about a tour to conquer Europe or any other place?
-All deals I have agreed for CD or vinyl have been fucked up by lousy labels. That's why I'm not anymore interested in any label proposals, except from people I know from past. I have offer from long time comrade who might re-release later all Creamface CDr's on one CD. Before that comes however split CD with Misogynist Pussyslasher (which includes Miso + Cream collaboration, where both bands joined to play together!) and maybe more CDr's! I don't care about sales. All CDr's have sold more than 200 (even close to 300??) copies, but if they would sell only 20 or 50, that's fine with me. I never do this to gain money or success, only because I like doing it.

I can thank distributors like Hostile Regression, Morbid, Bones Brigade, Nat Records, Necroharmonic and some others for their help getting this perversion delivered into underground. People seem to have interest as same distributors keep asking more copies of all CDr's! They always sell what I give and then ask more. I get less direct letters and e-mails. In past I got even "fan mail"(!) very often, but usually it's only couple of contacts in week/month. That's good for me.

There are no plans for live shows or tours.
