Goals:
-From fanatics to fanatics. No outsider bs journalism.
-3 times a year in first year
-52/A5 format pages (or more) each issue
-price would be no more than 3-4 euro.
-decent print run, good printing quality, hoping to get distributed around the world in all the major noise distributors lists.

*Interviews
*Tape-noise article/interview series
with most interesting experimental sound artists from past and present.
*Reviews
new items in CD, vinyl and tape format.
No CDR or too limited tapes covered.
Items covered what will be at least in theory, available for longer time and relevant for longer period of time..
This ensuring that review section will stay valid for perhaps even years,
not merely list of items that came out and disappeared.
Besides new releases, each issue could include some label profile with a look to their discography.
And also column of review/introduction to some industrial classic.
*Art of Noise
Each issue would have visual art of noise/pe/industrial artists.
Graphics, drawings, photography and so on.
Bands who's image the material fits directly or just people who are known of noise,
but also are creative in other fields of expression.
*Art and culture related to themes covered by bands
Covered will be photography, movies, books, art, history, whatever etc. In form of reviews/articles,
trying to reveal some backgrounds of what may have inspired bands of issue or
belongs to same field of interests as the bands approach.
Also articles of "scenes", certain phenomena in bands approaches and so on.
Including scene reports, investigation on sub-genres and so on.
*Advertizements:
to fund at least part of the printingcosts and shipping of freebies, ads wanted.
